The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has confirmed that Glenn Franklin and Jason Stone were appointed external administrators on March 4, 2024.
Jodhi Meares, ex-wife of billionaire businessman James Packer, founded Tigerlily swimwear known for its patterned, dynamic prints in 2000, before selling the brand to Billabong in 2007.
It was then sold to Crescent Capital Partners in 2017, which went on to appoint professional services firm Deloitte to help sell the swimwear and beachwear business in 2023.
Tigerlily had previously fallen into voluntary administration in 2020.
There are 10 boutiques across Australia and the company had attained a global reputation for its swimwear and beachwear range.
Famous Australian models such as Queensland's Kirsty Hinze modeled for the range throughout its history.
