Long-time friends Nicole Kidman and Isla Fisher joined the couple for the nuptials in Mexico City on June 8.
Hide and Seek director John Polson and actress Deborra-Lee Furness were also at the ceremony.
This is the second wedding for the pair, both 55, who started dating in 2017 after playing a couple in the Netflix drama Gypsy.
The Mulholland Drive actress and Almost Famous actor were first married a year earlier in June 2023 at a New York City courthouse.
Watts wore a sleek, white gown with a cowl back and had her shoulder length hair pinned up while Crudup opted for a simple black tuxedo.
Watts delivered a touching speech saying "this is a reminder of what life's about, the affirmation of love being one of the simplest things but of most importance".
The couple both have children from former marriages. Watts' two children with actor Liev Schieber, 16-year-old Sasha and 15-year-old Kai, were both in attendance.
Crudup's 20-year-old son William, from a former relationship with actress Mary Louise Parker, walked Watts down the aisle.
Fisher posted happy snaps throughout the weekend including a shot of Kidman lifting Watts off the ground in a firm embrace captioned "her feet never touched the ground".
This comes after Fisher announced a split from her ex-husband Sacha Baron Cohen in April 2024.
Furness also announced her separation from actor Hugh Jackman in 2023 after 27 years together.
